kml2Epanet transforms Google Earth KML files into INP epanet projects.
Utilize Google Earth imagery to delineate the network map.
This tool will extract Points (Nodes) and/or Paths(Links) and save the data as
lat/long or UTM (meters). kml2Epanet will change from WGS84 to any other
datum if needed.
